Infrastructure Finance specialist Matt Bull joins Steer as Head of Business and Financial Modelling

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Matt Bull who re-joins the firm as an Associate Director based in our Manchester office. 

Matt is an Infrastructure Finance Specialist with over 15 years of professional experience advising on and financing infrastructure projects in both mature and emerging markets.

Prior to joining Steer, Matt worked at the World Bank Group as a Senior Infrastructure Finance Specialist, most recently with the Bank’s Global Infrastructure Facility (GIF). In this role he was responsible for preparing, structuring and financing a portfolio of infrastructure PPPs and capital market transactions across many sectors, including in transport, energy, water and telecommunications.

Prior to this, he was an Assistant Director with the leading accountancy and professional services firm, PwC in the UK where he specialised in the provision of financial, commercial and economic advice to the project finance and corporate finance (M&A) market.

At Steer, Matt will head the firm’s Business and Financial Modelling team and will be responsible for leading the firm’s financial and commercial advisory work to their public and private sector clients.
