Building on two decades of experience across the built environment lifecycle in the public and private sectors, helps Matthew to work with a wide range of clients across Europe, the United States, Canada, and Australia.

As a senior strategic policy, communications, and relationship management professional, at Steer Matthew works collaboratively across teams to help clients deliver complex infrastructure, service, and policy projects through meaningful engagement, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and effective project and team management. A particular focus of Matthew's research work is how cities can better understand and more efficiently translate lessons from foreign experience and projects for the benefit of local communities.
