Elena has more than six years of professional experience and specializes in the development of direct discrete choice models. She mainly works on transportation planning projects including big development projects, public transport, and projection of future demand.
Before joining Steer, she worked in Panama for A Harris Ingenieros Consultores where she studied the traffic, design of road signs and engineering designs for Panama projects in different provinces such as Colon, Chiriqui and Panama Oeste. Elena also worked for J.G. Cajiao y Asociados where she worked on the development of Line 1 of the Panama metro station.
