Ian has extensive experience in aviation advisory, supporting US airport stakeholders with strategic and commercial planning.
Ian joined Steer from ICF where he worked on various airport and airline advisory projects, primarily focused on US airport clients. He was responsible for leading business plan analysis, strategic development sessions and revenue forecasting for airport clients as well as airport equity investors and other key stakeholders.
At Steer, Ian supports the North American aviation team managing airport projects ranging from small-scale non-aeronautical revenue enhancement initiatives to major airport transaction due diligence analysis.
Our work culture experienced profound disruption in 2020. Sadly, many industries have and continue to be devastated by COVID-19 – here is hoping for a brighter 2021 for them. But many other sectors managed to adapt remarkably well in 2020, primarily by utilizing technology to retain a remote workforce and keep staff and clients engaged.
