Elisa is an Associate Director with 20 years of transportation consulting experience. She is currently based in Los Angeles, but has previously worked with Steer in Canada, UK and Spain.
Elisa has developed her career in the road, rail, sea and air sectors. The provision of transportation infrastructures and the provision of transportation infrastructure and operations. She also works for the private sector, providing support during the bidding process and during the financing / acquisition of major transportation.
As Head of Business Development, Elisa leads our business development efforts to grow our Advisory practices in North America, with a focus on P3, strategy and financial services.
